Introduction

You finally took some action for yourself, so that you can get your needs met. It takes great responsibility to understand that the change begins with you.  From here on out, you will have the ability to get your needs met in all your relationships, and that is a big deal.

By the end of this course, you should be able to clearly communicate what you need or require in any of your meaningful relationships. You will find that getting people to cooperate with you instead of nagging is a breeze. The magical part of this is that you will be able to help others communicate their needs instead of being frustrated and dissatisfied.

You will learn how to use the game plan, which is a tool that is one page, and it is easy to learn and use. The game plan will work for any relationship, whether it is with your spouse, your children, or your co-workers.

You use the game plan when you have a need. All arguments stem from a need that is not met, and if needs aren’t satisfied for too long, the relationship can be at risk. All needs are valid, and they do need to be addressed for the relationship to work.
